Welcome to the Female Wellness Boutique, a global community for women over 40 looking to meet like minded women and make lifelong friendships, have fun and encourage each other to live your life to the fullest. We are working with many experts all over the world to help you lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

Whether you are in tip top shape or you are just beginning your health journey, we’ve got your back! We have lots of resources to help you get fit physically and emotionally, have fun and be part of the global members only club.

You’re busy, I know you are. Between work, home, and everything (and everyone) you take care of, it’s easy for your own needs to quietly fall to the bottom of the list. It’s not that you don’t want to try something new, it’s just that finding the time and energy to even think about it can feel like a lot. When was the last time you did something just for you—updated your look, explored a new skincare routine, or moved your body in a way that actually felt good? Or even tried a new, nourishing recipe… not because you had to, but because you wanted to?

That’s exactly why Female Wellness Boutique exists.

To make it all feel simpler. Softer. More doable.

A place where taking care of yourself doesn’t feel like another task on your list, but something you actually look forward to.

Let us do the leg work and research and share with you some of the simple lifestyle choices we have discovered that will have you excited and eager to try for yourself. We will publish new “boutiques” every month, focusing on a specific topic. We have a forum for you to share your experiences. We host online events, We plan to give you up to date information and articles on everything that makes up your health physically and emotionally. Women helping women is our priority and let’s have fun along the way!

Meet Our Founder

I am Emma Crane founder of the Female Wellness Boutique. I am a certified Health and Wellness and Menopause Coach. For the last few years I have been devoting my time and energies exploring all the ways possible to create a happy and balanced lifestyle. I would like to say that it has been a wild ride full of fun but during the exploration I took many paths that did not result in the desired effect. I think in order to try and fulfill my dreams I might have gone a little too overboard and it took a lot of research sleepless nights and many tears to come to the conclusion that the best way to live your happiest and most fulfilling life is to simply make a few changes to your lifestyle and setting individual and attainable goals which primarily help to maintain healthy and sustainable habits. Talking to like minded women on a global basis is a wonderful incentive and great motivation to encourage and support you on your journey to health and wellness.

I am a single mother in my fifties and have raised my daughter alone since she was 20 months old. My daughter is now in her 20's and needless to say it hasn’t always been a joy ride but with the support of family, great friends and research I would like to share with you some of the things I have learned along the way that have helped me emotionally and physically. I have stopped trying to be perfect and to accept that it definitely does take a village to raise a child. One of the major things I have learned on my journey is that it is so important to find time for yourself in order to be the best you can be for others. I have created Female Wellness Boutique with a membership plan because I think it is so important that every woman have a tribe of her peers supporting her and what an experience it would be if we could do this on a global basis and learn from women, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, cousins and friends from around the world. You are so welcome to join us and I can’t wait to hear from each and every one of you about your stories and how they can benefit your fellow female friends.
